Summary: The hotel is very convenient to the beach, which doesn't mean much when it's off-season. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and, he could afford to spend time with us because the place was fairly empty (since it's off-season). Breakfast was acceptable, though routine and uninteresting but the parking was a big plus if you're driving through the area.
