Positive: Loved the attention to detail of guest needs. When something needed, very responsive staff. Love the rooms around the pool with hammocks and fireplaces and the wrestling of the dwarf aspen trees were really cool. Music and its volume around pool was great too. Beds and pillars were well above average. Great having nespresso and refrigerator in the room. Beautiful lobby yet needs warming up by lighting the fireplace in the winter at least from 3-8 pm. Would have a better warmth and cozy feeling in colder nights. Hot tub was also a highlight but needs to be hotter at 103. It fell below 95-100 a couple of days and not ideal. Pool was nice too and breakfast wasn’t special but adequate.

Negative: The water pressure shower head is terrible and the shower water was not hot. But the shower is big and beautiful. But without its function. No bueno and can be a deal killer going back because hit showers are pretty important. Asked to be fixed, they tried it seemed but a comment was made by staff that it’s a constant issue for the room we were in. I thought with so much attention to detail this kind of thing would not be an issue at all hotel like this. As good and pleasant of a stay the shower not functioning properly could be a future deal killer and maybe not refer because this is important to everyone. TV internet had issues but it was fixed. Maybe should be set up prior to each guest arrival. Didn’t use tv until we finally asked about and took the guy 20 minutes to reset and set up. This should be done prior to arrival. Thanks
