Positive: The room was great. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, springy, and uneven. Not the best option for a guest who is older or a guest who has back issues.

Negative: The elevator was slightly unreliable and slow. The door had to be held in place at times to close properly. Not the most secure option for a guest with disabilities unless they're staying on the first floor.

Summary: The hotel and rooms were clean, breakfast was good and serviced on time, and the staff was very nice
