Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The position of the village was perfect! the staff of The Garda village and The entertainment day and night was great especially for families. You could find all the amenities in the village and a big shopping centre is a 15 mins walk away.

Negative: I didn't like the way my payment was taken; way in advance compared to the date scheduled on booking.com. Holiday Home AG sent me a separate quote from the one visible on booking.com and charged me the wrong amount twice (which made me incur in extra transaction fees every time) and not apologizing for their mistakes if not after booking.com customer service intervention. So I would advise to keep questioning the separate quote you receive (they tried to make me pay cash the final cleaning fees and night stay which I had been already charged for). If you have any issue contact Booking.com that helped me resolving it. There are no beddings or towels in the accommodation. There is a rental service on site for it.
