Summary: The social areas of the hostel downstairs are incredible. Pool table, foosball, beer pong, drinks and weed bar, tvs with sport and Xbox, music, comfy seating, and all overlooking a lovely little pond and scenery. The staff are all friendly and helpful and chatty, and the location is exceptional being central to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops, particularly for the Full Moon Party. Unfortunately, the prices are so incredibly high when we stayed for the FMP, I have to say value for the money just isn't there. The cost per night is only comparable to 5-star hotels, and that's just no comparison to a hostel when considering value. A great place, but shop elsewhere and you'll get much better bang for your buck.
