Positive: Comfy bed, friendly staff, big terrace and clothes drying rack. The hotel beach is beautiful (but nor for swimming, very shallow water).

Negative: Big gap between balcony door and the wall: it does not close completely, so insects can come in. Bathroom is lower to normal thai standard (old and with some black grout, some broken tiles). Overall for the price not worth it. We had many rooms & resorts over 5 weeks in Thailand and this was the most expensive one with the worst price for value ratio, just overprized.

Summary: Price for value is bad
