Positive: Thank you for hosting us. The apartment is quite large and spacious, which is certainly a positive feature. The location of the apartment is fantastic, and being a loft is a great feature—it really opens up the space and gives a wonderful feeling of roominess.
Negative: However, we noticed that the furniture is old and in need of cleaning. Specifically, the bed duvet and pillows were very dirty once the bedsheets were removed. Additionally, the bathrooms were not cleaned properly, as I found hair in the bathtub. The couch in the living room is also in poor condition and needs attention. I would definitely recommend a deep cleaning and replacing the bedding with higher-quality items as a must. For future guests, please make them aware that there is an active construction site right next door, which causes significant noise. Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep most nights due to the ongoing work. We also encountered issues with the Wi-Fi; the connection was weak, and it didn’t work at all in the upstairs bedroom. We would suggest ensuring the apartment is stocked with basic amenities, such as dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent, to make the stay more comfortable.
