Positive: Everything was perfect for this stay. Everything from the first greeting on arrival to our departure I had absolutely nothing to complain about. The breakfast was incredible -- with the warm items changing every morning. All the staff are incredible... everyone from pool and gym staff up to management were extremely helpful. They helped us arrange transportation; signed us up for fun activities on-site; and did everything to ensure a perfect stay. It took a little flexibility to arrange dinner off the menu our last night due to a special event happening in the Khao restaurant -- but the food was fantastic. Some of the best we've had on the entire trip. We would definitely love to visit this property again in the future!

Negative: There was really nothing I could think of to improve things!

Summary: One of the best places I have ever stayed in Asia!
