The home features a classic screened front porch and unique rooftop deck with spiral stair access delivering stunning views of the beach, ocean and even Hilton Head Island. People walking down the street stare in awe at the deck’s construction and imagine the views. It was designed by a master deck builder and enhanced by a structural engineer.
