Enjoy the airy beach style of this home, retreat to the lovely poolside patio facing the private lake, or explore the attached lot next door under Sanibel's largest mango tree, with plenty of mangoes in season!

In the spacious garage, you will find a beach cart with two beach umbrellas, three bicycles (two brand new!) and beach chairs available for your use.
The beach is a short walk across West Gulf Drive. You can walk or ride a bike.
Per city zoning regulations, 404 Tiree requires a minimum 28-day stay.
We accept dogs at this property with prior approval of the owner and payment of a non-refundable pet fee. This fee is based on the length of your stay, the type and number of dogs staying and/or visiting the property. We do not accept cats or any other pets.
Failure to disclose animals during your tenancy and/or visiting (non-overnight stays) the property can result in eviction and forfeiture of your prepaid sums and deposits.
Prior to your occupancy, we have the house thoroughly cleaned. At your expense, you may use our cleaning service during your stay (see the Tenant Book for contact information.)
