Summary: The condo is perfect. It is decorated beautifully, tastefully, and comfortably. Finding it was a true gift. Everything we needed within the condo itself was there, and Bill was attentive to any question we had throughout the month we were there. The view from the 10th floor of this building looking out to the ocean was like looking out at heaven. The sunsets were incredible. We'd open the sliding glass doors if we wanted to hear the ocean, or keep the doors shut if it was too hot. We knew when we rented that the ocean was just across the street and the pool was just steps from the building's elevator. What we didn't really realize were two other awesome features. One of the only restaurants on the island is literally right next to the building, and we were given a key to get through a gate to walk right to it without even having to go out to the street. The intercoastal waterway is right beside that. We had groceries delivered and wouldn't have even had to leave the island at all if we didn't want to! However, several restaurants are close. Heading north to Ft. Myers is super quick, and we loved Pincher's on the Beach which we drove to in less than ten minutes. Flippers on the Bay is another short drive north, and it was a great waterside restaurant. Coconut Jack's is only ten minutes when you head south. I really wish we could just buy this condo!
