The grand living area offers direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy the evening breeze and be mesmerized by the creek views. Easily feel the luxury from it's elegant emerald green couches, soft carpet, huge wall-mounted TV down to it's luxurious chandelier.
Adjacent to it is the elegant dining area that can seat up to four guests with combination of white and gold. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances with breakfast bar and open-plan setting, perfect for entertaining and socializing.
The bedroom features a deluxe King-sized bed, complete with hotel-quality mattress, linens and pillows. This space will assure you that it's not just stylish, but most importantly, a tranquil space complete with a view. It comes with a clean en suite bathroom that has all your bathroom basics like fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the pool and gym. Parking is available upon request (please provide me with the plate number of your car prior to your arrival for security purposes).
The Neighborhood:
Jaddaf Waterfront is luxurious in all ways with the beautiful view of Dubai Creek and Business Bay Bridge. Unwind and relax by simply looking out to the serenity of the tranquil Creek waters.
Al Jaddaf is perfect for people who appreciate waterfront view and art. This area is known for the Jaddaf Waterfront Sculpture Park and also the city’s largest living Green Wall, as well as the iconic Palazzo Versace Hotel.
Restaurants, supermarkets, car wash, and others can be found nearby. You can also take a boat on the Dubai Creek to go around and see the true beauty of the city—old and new gems.
Getting Around:
Taxis are easily hailed through Uber and Careem through their applications that can simply be downloaded on your phone or through the local RTA taxi service.
If you fancy long walks and doing adventures on your own, the Creek Metro Station is only 10 minutes away on foot. If you want to go to the Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates, you can head to the Burjuman Station and switch trains going to DMCC, getting off at Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station or Mall of Emirates Metro Station. If you'd like to experience JBR and nearby places, you can alight at DAMAC Properties Metro Station and access the footbridge to the tram station. From there, a tram can take you to JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, and others.

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
