You can also enjoy cable TV in all the rooms along with WiFi. The property is a cozy place to relax in whether your with your friends or family. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots & pans, small appliances, iron & ironing board, and a pack an play. There is a charcoal grill for guest use along with all grilling utensils. Washer and Dryer available for guest use. The pool is cleaned twice a week and lawn is mowed weekly. There is also ADT surveillance & security on the property for guest use with your door lock code, one camera on the doorbell, and another on the driveway. There are no cameras in the back of house by the pool for guest privacy. And let's not forget you can see the space launch from the back yard and the beach is less than 10 minutes away!!
