This multi-level unit is above a private one car garage large. A shared staircase leads to the unit's entrance. The living room, kitchen and dining area are on this level. The living room has a large L shaped sleeper sofa sectional, flat screen TV with Blu-ray player and freestanding wood burning stove. Firewood is in the garage. The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances including refrigerator with ice maker. The unit sleeps up to six people. The first bedroom and bathroom are located on the next levelThe first bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a TV for gaming and fire sticksFirst bathroom has a tub and shower. The master bedroom is up a short set of stairs above the kitchen and dining area. The master has a king size bed and a T. V. The master bathroom has a large shower. There is no AC in the unit. Children WelcomeContactless Check-in and Check-outThere are no addition cleaning fees when all check-out procedures are followed. NO Partiescancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee. We will not refund for extreme weather, road closures and smoke from wildfires. Travel insurance is highly recommended!If there is another Health emergency and Mono County closes us to nightly rentals less than 21 days prior to your arrival, we will not refund due to a shut down. We suggest you purchase travel insurance that covers such a shut down. We will allow you to reschedule when the restrictions are lifted.
