Casale Giada is a lovely vacation house with pool in Le Marche. It is only few minutes far from Pianello, one of the many typical villages of Le Marche inland. Thanks to its position, guests can choose to relax in the absolute quiet of nature, far from the pace of big cities or visit the historical towns and majour centres rich in art beauties and unique food traditions, that characterise the entire region. The farmhouse consists of two living units, one of which belongs to the property owner who occasionally lives there, in full respect of his guests’privacy. For the exclusive use of the tenants a comfortable porch with tables and chairs for al fresco dining. To freshen up during summertime, a large panoramic swimming pool entirely fenced-in.
The house is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room-kitchen with direct exit to the porch. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor composed of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds consisting of French bed (down) and single bed (up), a bathroom with shower. A toilet is available in the pool area.
