The condo amenities include pristine tennis courts as well as an in ground pool, bbq grill, and coin-operated laundry facilities. We provide 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a fishing pole to help you enjoy your beach experience which is only 1.9 miles to Sanibel Lighthouse Beach. Please note there is a two week minimum rental requirement during the months of February, March, and April.
