Summary: The exclusive beachfront property is truly stunning. The unit is spacious, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. There's also a BBQ grill available, although we didn’t use it during our stay. My family and I enjoyed relaxing indoors with the giant TV, but the real highlight was the direct access to the beach. We stayed on the first floor, which opens onto a private deck that leads straight to the sandy shore. Even the overgrown sargassum along the beachfront didn’t take away from the beauty of the surroundings. We genuinely appreciated the property, but I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 5 due to a couple of unwanted guests—cockroaches (we encountered and killed three) and ants. While bugs are understandable given the beachfront location, if you’re someone who’s very sensitive to insects, this may not be the right place for you. However, if you can overlook the occasional bug, I highly recommend this spot for its unbeatable beach access, 24-hour security, nearby restaurant options, and breathtaking views. Special thanks to the security team and maintenance crew—they were friendly, helpful, and did a fantastic job keeping the beach clean and the pool/lounge areas beautifully landscaped. Thank you for a memorable stay!
