The Space:
They say a home is not just a home but this lovely apartment can prove you otherwise! This extra-ordinary apartment measures 1,157 sqft so make the most of the massive space this apartment has to offer!
The stylish living room greets you with its soft leather couches (can be turned into a sofa bed!) and an entertainment that is brought by the flat-TV (with TV box and English movies subscription). Stream with the Chromecast available if you got bored with the usual TV shows. High-speed WiFi is available so you won't miss anything.
The dining table sits four, giving you much space to enjoy each other's company. In case you fancy cooking meals, you can find ease with all the appliances. Whether it’s for a simple cup of coffee or a nice meal, this fully integrated kitchen will have you covered.
The bright bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed with an en suite bathroom. Large windows let's the warm sunlight in for that uplifting mood this space has to offer. Also thanks to this large windows you are able to see the Dubai Eye Ferris wheel from the bedroom. There is also a sliding wardrobe which has full glass on it which doubles up it's purpose. The bed is fitted with hotel quality linens and a comfortable mattress to ensure you'll have a nice sleep.
Spend some time in the balcony while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.
Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided in each bathrooms. There is also a welcome pack prepared for you upon your arrival!

The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Beach Residence or as commonly known with its abbreviation JBR. It is a premium area of Dubai. There are a lot of exciting go-to places in this area because The Walk, The Beach, and The Bluewaters Island are all located here together.
The Walk is a beach-side boulevard that has a line of restaurants, cafes, handicraft shops, boutiques, pop-up markets with food and jewellery stalls. There are street performances and an amazing nightlife as well.
The Beach refers to the beach resort itself complete with activities that are available to anyone from beach-side dining and shopping to wakeboarding, parasailing, banana boat rides, and camel rides. There is also a 600-m running track, an outdoor gym, and a volleyball court for those who enjoy jogging alongside the beach and those who want to keep up with their fitness. An outdoor yoga class is also offered for anyone who wants to keep their health at a great shape.
There is also a chance for residents and visitors to witness some live entertainment for a more enjoyable stay.
The Bluewaters Island is where the Dubai Eye is located - the upcoming biggest ferris wheel in the world, expected to be completed in 2019. This island is still in development, but will include entertainment, residential, and many more that will attract visitors.
If you like to shop, a quick taxi will take you to Marina Mall or Mall of the Emirates.
Getting Around:
JBR is one of the only places where you can enjoy a walk in Dubai, in proximity to everything and anything you may need.
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
If you fancy having adventures in Dubai, you can get around using the train. A few minutes' walk can get you to the tram station that connects to the main metro station for you to get around Dubai on your own.
You can also go around the JBR to explore and breathe in its uplifting mood. Cafes like Starbucks are accessible if you want to have an elegant cup of coffee, and if you want to catch up with sports, West Beach Bistro and Sports Lounge is nearby.
Aside from restaurants and cafes, there are supermarkets, even a laundry shop, and salon and spas to meet your needs.
Carrefour supermarket is just 10 metres walk next to the podium building entrance!
You will find that there are a number of things that you can do around the JBR as it is one of the most visited places in Dubai.
