Dining area can comfortably sit four people to enjoy sumptuous meals together while enjoying the city views of Downtown Dubai. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutleries and appliances that you will need to whip up delicious meals for your loved ones. If you will be having visitors, worry no more as there are three more sitting are in the bar counter so enough space is available for your guests.
The bedroom comes with a queen sized bed, soft mattres and fitted with nothing but hotel-quality linens to ensure a full relaxation after exploring what Downtown Dubai has to offer.
Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided for a five star experience.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and a lot of more exciting places are in Downtown Dubai making it a busy hub and a prime location. You will have restaurants, cafes, and more surrounding you. You can also easily access Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!
The architecture of the buildings in this place can make anyone look up to admire them in daylight or even night-time. Buildings are built and modeled after some famous ones around the world.
There are many places that you can visit in Downtown Dubai as it is one of the locations that tourists and residents go to. High-end stores, restaurants, and shops can be found around here, and the beach (Kite Beach) is only about 15 minutes away. You can be sure to enjoy every bit of it!
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai by riding a train, the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is 11 minutes away. You can get on a train and get around Dubai easily.
Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).
The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (30min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
