Centrally located to all amenities, this lovely Florida home is canal front, off the Indian River and just minutes to the ocean.
Our home has three bedrooms and easily sleeps 6. The master bedroom, with comfortable king bed, features an ensuite bath with tiled, walk in shower. Bedroom number 2 also has a king bed. Bedroom number 3 has two, twin beds. The main bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The home is spacious with a large living area with 3 sliding doors that showcase an unrestricted view of the gracious palms , pool and peaceful canal.
The kitchen, with convenient eat in area, and sliding doors to the lanai, is equipped for easy meal prep and everything you might need for your stay. The tropical lanai has a dining table for 6 and plenty of room to sit and relax. Step from the lanai to the caged heated in-ground swimming pool. Listen to the birds and don't forget to watch for our resident manatees in the canal! The gas grill is located on the shady side patio next to the pool. If you are beach bound, access is just 10 minutes away and we provide chairs and a cooler. The public boat launch is just 5 minutes away.
We also provide rainy day books and games, as well as additional TVs and wifi. Please feel free to use our kayaks and bikes for adventures.
There is a washer and dryer for your use and we provide all linens.
