Positive: Location right on the beach, so that’s great close walk to water taxi and marina outside food spot.

Negative: The lack of staff at the reception , the reception most of the time had 1 staff member at checkout time, when we checked in the line was through the lobby,, the hotel was sold out and they had 1-2 staff members? ( with 4 computers so clearly room for more) each time we needed to line up we waited around 20 minutes, if you need anything in the room you call the front desk, and they don’t answer because they can’t ! Surely the hotel can pay for more staff with the prices, and how busy they are. We upgraded our last night to balcony room , room was old run down, no garbages in room balcony door did not lock so they have a wall lock great,, well no it was broken and hanging off the wall, as if someone ripped it off, dry wall all on the ground, no extra toilet paper either. Also they charge 45$ a night resort fee,, included beach chairs but if you want an umbrella? NOPE. They wont include that, even if your a hotel guest, there is no shade on the beach so you really need one if your planning a beach day for a whopping 38$ USD you can have an umbrella, I understand if public is accessing and renting but for your own hotel guests you charge for an umbrella? Come on !
