This is a 70 sqm apartment on the ground floor of the villa with kitchen, bathroom, a double bedroom and living-room with two double sofà bed, TV, heating, air conditioning, indoor parking with 24/24 video control, free WIFI and terrace with table and chairs. We give you any info for transport and the neighborhood with directions to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Only 15/20 minutes from the historic center of Venice. Bus stop in front of the apartment. The host family lives in the villa.
We are able to accommodate a maximum of 5 people. Weekly cleaning of the studio, bathroom linen change every 3 days and weekly bed linen change. The kitchen is at your disposal. We expect you to be here between 13:00 and 22:00 If you need to organize a different time, please let us know in advance by phone. Departure at 10:00 in the morning.
