Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Convenient location to Haad Rin beach where the Full Moon Party is. Toilets are 20 Baht during the party, so you'll like having your room just steps away to pop in and out all night. This stay is ok for one night during the party especially if you're not planning to shower. The bathroom is down a hallway so you get some privacy from your roommates.

Negative: There's no reception area so checking in easily depends on luck. Just hope the owners are somewhere in the area. The entire hostel is just this 8-bed dorm room and its attached bathroom. You access the dorm directly from the street. Facilities are very basic. Shower is cold and not very clean. It's very far from the pier and you'll pay a taxi 200 Baht each way when you take the ferry and spend an hour on the road with all the stops picking up and dropping off passengers. Lockers are only big enough for a daypack, so you need to trust that your roommates are locking the door to the street when they leave.
