Nestled along the 16th fairway, this is a colonial-style five-bedroom Royal Westmoreland holiday rental that offers breathtaking views of the golf course and western coastline. The grand entrance opens to a spacious lobby area which includes a powder room/bathroom and an office that can be converted to a bedroom. A staircase leads up to bedrooms 1 and 2 on the first floor.
From the lobby, a large open-plan living and dining area featuring high ceilings and ceiling fans continue outside to a covered terrace and open-air terrace. To the left of the terrace is a covered outdoor dining area, seating 12, perfect for dinner parties and entertaining in the warm evening Caribbean breeze.
Ahead is a large pool with a spacious deck area surrounded by a mature garden, overlooking the fairway, and a wonderful view of the Caribbean Sea.
Via a short hallway from the lobby area, there is guest bedroom 2, a twin-bedded room with an en-suite bathroom and doors opening onto the pool deck. The Master Suite and first Guest bedroom; located upstairs both offer King beds and open out onto a large private balcony. Both bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms. The property also includes two interconnected cottages accessed from the pool deck. One cottage has a king bed, the other has two twin beds; both with en-suite bathrooms. The cottages each have their own private patio area. Cottage 1 has views over the fairway to the sea.
In addition to the amenities offered on the Royal Westmoreland Resort including golf, tennis, and gym, guests of the house can also enjoy access to the beach facilities at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion.
Your rental includes the services of a housekeeper, 6 days per week (excluding public holidays). A cook/chef service can be arranged if required at an additional cost.
Estate Amenity Fee – Effective May 1, 2026
Starting May 1, 2026, Royal Westmoreland will introduce a daily amenity fee of BBD $20 (US$10) per person for all guests staying on the estate. This fee is payable directly to Royal Westmoreland upon collection of resort passes.
Guests who choose not to use the resort facilities (including the beach club) may opt out of the fee. Please note, however, that partial or selective day access is not available—the amenity fee must be paid in full for the duration of your stay to enjoy access. Please note that children under 16 years old are exempt from the daily amenity fee.
This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
