The home comes ready for the family or group with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 double bunks (4 twins). This beautiful home provides an unparalleled vacation experience, combining great amenities, luxurious interiors, and a coveted Florida lifestyle.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. For security purposes, there are cameras on the exterior of this home.
This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.
