The apartment is in a good location on Nimmanhemin road no.15 where is surrounded by many famous restaurants such as Rock Me Burger, Tong Tem Toh (northern food) and many cafe in a short walking distance.
The motorbike rental shop is just right next door.
In the room, I provided full facilities.
The living room where you can watch Netflix all day long or working with hi-speed wifi.
You can have an easy cooking here, there is an electric stove with kitchenware.
Although the building it own is look like an old apartment but believe me, it’s surrounded by many popular cafe, coffee shop, restaurant in Nimman area, I bet you will enjoy taking a walk from this place.
The room is renovated for new, well decorated to classic modern style.
All you need are in there, I prepared for you already.
Bedroom : all bed linens will be provided and the blanket too!
I have installed 2 bed lights and separated the switches. If one wants to sleep while your buddy wants to stay awake so there is no problem.
There is a very tall mirror, small desk and wardrobe at the end of the bed
Living Room : TV 43" comes with all TV and movie channel such as Netflix or Disney.
Bathroom : Hot Shower and all essential like Shampoo, Conditioner and bath gel are provided !!
Kitchen: You can do an easy cooking here , there is a built-in hot plate and all kitchenware like a pot, a pan and basic silverware are here
Microwave, Fridge, Washer-Dryer , Kettle and Rice Cooker too !!
Dinning Space : where you can do both having a meal here and can be your working space
Downstairs: there is a laundry shop. But I also provide you a washer-dryer in the room as a choice.
Parking : there are motorcycle and car parking in the premises
The apartment is quiet because it is in a middle of the alley. Here is surrounded by many accommodations. Not a nightclub zone.
