Positive: The property is an oasis of calm and serenity, everything is “just so”, tasteful and easy. The bedding - OH - you sleep on heaven (I sleep on Hastens and Pratesi at home, I know a good bed).

Negative: The location. The property is situated in a location which rather far from both the Old Town (backpackers heaven) and the fashionable Western part of Chiang Mai.
