This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa located in the Indian Creek Community which is just minutes from Walt Disney World. Upon entering, you will find a formal dining area and an open plan kitchen, breakfast area and living room. The formal dining seats 8 and the breakfast area seats a further 6. The kitchen comes fully equipped for those that might wish to use the facilities for cooking rather than dining out. There is an open plan living area with plenty of seating for the family which looks out onto the lanai and private pool.
There are four bedrooms in total this villa, a master suite with king size bed and a master bathroom which offers a walk in shower, soaking tub and vanity unit. There is an additional queen room and two twin rooms with a further two bathrooms, both offering a tub with shower and vanity unit.
The garage has been converted into a games room offering a pool table and air hockey table which will help keep everyone entertained in the evenings. Outside, this home has it's own private pool with lanai and outdoor table and chairs for guests to enjoy. Close by are a range of stores and restaurants including a Wal-Mart Supercenter, making this a great place to call home during your upcoming Orlando Stay.
