The Space:
This is your dream apartment! Be inspired by the color combination of white and gold as soon as you enter the living area making you lively and energetic to face the day! Lounge on the sofa bed while watching the TV or hangout on the balcony and be relaxed with the peaceful views.
Enjoy your meals at the comfy dining area that can comfortably sit up to six persons. Cook your own food at the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, cookware, kettle, and others. The kitchen has all the appliances you'll need for cooking.
There is a king-sized bed on the first bedroom and two single beds are waiting on the other. Hotel-quality linens are provided with super comfortable mattresses for a good night's sleep. There are two en suite bathrooms and a powder room. Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion provided to the guests for a more cozy stay.
A welcome pack with coffee, tea, etc. is given upon arrival.

Mohammed Bin Rashid City, popularly known as MBR City, is one of the biggest mixed-use developments and freehold areas in Dubai. Offering luxurious residences and a premium lifestyle, the residential units in the community are built with green building standards in order to conserve energy, create a natural environment and maintain efficient environmental procedures. Made famous thanks to the presence of the Meydan Hotel in the vicinity, MBR City will also be an interesting community for animal lovers, with both an equestrian and falcon centre in the area. With various eateries, entertainment centres, retail shops and many more futuristic developments coming up, MBR City creates a community with a bustling environment in an ultra-modern setting.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
Many things are accessible like grocery stores, hospitals, beauty salons, restaurants, etc.
The location is very close to Business Bay, MBR City is about 15 to 20 minutes away from the Business Bay Metro Station and Al Safa Metro Station. This connects also connects to the tram station if you simply want to go around JBR areas.
Mohammed Bin Rashid City lies about 15 to 20 minutes away from the coastline of the emirate. When in a mood for a sunny day out or a relaxing breezy evening, the residents of MBR City can head to Sunset Beach and Jumeirah Beach which are about 12 minutes away. Another beach near MBR City is Kite Beach. It offers many water sports activities as well as a few food stalls.
