The living room features a large beige double sofa bed, a matching armchair, a TV unit with a TV on top, as well as charming decorations and plants. The room is naturally well lit, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking amazing marina views.
Next to the living room is a rectangular wooden dining table with 4 chairs, nested right next to the private balcony in the apartment, including a table and two chairs.

The kitchen at the apartment is spacious, and has a serving hatch to the dining room with 3 high chairs. It is beautifully furnished with wooden cabinets and LED lights, and has all equipment you might need during your stay, such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, and more.
Inside, you will find a cozy master bedroom with a white king-size bed dressed with fresh linens and bed covers, a wardrobe, night tables with lamps, and it has panoramic glass windows overlooking beautiful scenery.

The room has a private bathroom that includes a bathtub, a toilet, a washbasin and a mirror, as well as amenities such as cleaning products, shampoo, hair dryer, hot water, soap, towels, toilet paper, etc.
There is also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment, including a toilet and a wash basin.

Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.
