This stylish studio apartment will make your feel at ease from the moment you enter. Furnished in neutral tones and matched with colourful artwork this is the perfect place to make your base during your Dubai adventure. The apartment is much larger than a normal studio and the living space flows out onto the large outdoor balcony to community views and beyond. In the kitchen you will find everything you will need to whip up some master chef meals which you can then enjoy on your sofa or dining table whilst watching your big screen smart TV. The bed is extremely luxurious and fitted with Key View signature linen which is so cosy and soft. In the bathroom you will find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities that will leave you smelling great all day.
The building is brand new and features a swimming pool, gymnasium and private on site parking.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1500 AED.
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
